Job summary

Ryan Companies has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Engineer Intern. This position supports the project team across multiple terms (May–August summer internship, January–August Spring Co-op, May–December Fall Co-op) and emphasizes learning construction processes, procedures, and Ryan business policies.

You will gain experience in budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders, job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or closely related field.
• Within 18 months of graduating.
• Able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.

Responsibilities

• Gain working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
• Develop understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
