Job summary
Ryan Companies US Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer Intern to assist the project team on designated projects and learn construction processes.
You will gain hands-on exposure to budgets, invoices, change orders, and site coordination while adhering to Ryan business policies. You should be pursuing a bachelor's in construction engineering/management and be within 18 months of graduation, available for 40 hours/week for a three-month term, with opportunities to earn additional compensation based
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or related field.
- Able to work 40 hours per week for at least three months.
- Understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, and change orders is a plus.
- Ability to read contracts, specs, and architectural/engineering drawings.
Responsibilities
- Assist project team with designated projects and learn construction processes.
- Support job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety.
- Develop familiarity with contracts, change orders, and cost reporting.
