Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and crew productivity.
• Lead quality control and quality assurance efforts.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Ensure accurate dimensioning, layout, and installation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and daily site activities.
• Plan and schedule daily work based on project needs.
• Track materials, deliveries, and inventory.
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and conduct toolbox talks.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management.
• Supervise, mentor, and support construction crews.
• Complete daily logs and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction.
