Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD is seeking a Foreman to lead a commercial roofing crew in Central PA from site planning to final walkthrough. You will direct a crew on PVC, EPDM, TPO, BUR, mod bit, and low-slope metal installations, while ensuring safety, quality, and timely documentation.

You will train roofers to manage complex installs independently, coordinate materials and equipment, and report progress to the Production Manager. Strong leadership and a clean safety record are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ commercial roofing installation experience, including 2+ years leading field crews.
• Strong working knowledge of PVC, EPDM, TPO, BUR, mod bit, and low-slope metal.
• Track record of zero OSHA recordables and TRIR under 1.0.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work at heights in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production crew on commercial roofing installations.
• Plan, sequence, and execute each job safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
• Own jobsite safety, including JHAs, fall protection, and PPE, with a goal of zero OSHA recordables.
• Train and develop production roofers to handle complex installs independently.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment so the crew is set up to perform.
• Submit complete job documentation (photos, install summaries, notes) within 24 hours.
• Spot repair and additional work on site and report it to the Production Manager.

Lead Your Own Commercial Roofing Crew Across Central PA

You’ll run your own commercial roofing crew, from first sequence to final walkthrough.

You’ll plan the work, direct the crew, and set the quality standard on TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, mod bit, and low-slope metal installs.

Your crew is yours to develop. You’ll train roofers to take on complex installs and work more independently.

Projects cover schools, government agencies, and large businesses, with warranty-backed systems from major manufacturers. The business has opened a second office and is expanding across the Mid-Atlantic.

Opportunity Overview

You’ll join a commercial roofing and building envelope contractor headquartered in Central Pennsylvania, with a second office recently opened to serve the wider Mid-Atlantic region.

The business handles roof replacement, restoration, repair, and maintenance, alongside siding, masonry, waterproofing, and commercial wall panel work. Crews install built-up, EPDM, metal, shingle, slate, and tile systems, including manufacturer-backed systems from several major brands, with a warranty on all installations.

Customers include large businesses, government agencies, and schools. Every employee receives job-specific training, and OSHA-compliant safety training is mandatory for all on-site personnel under written safety and substance-abuse programs.
