Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to technology platforms.
• Interest in construction project controls and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Understand and review Daily Construction Reports (DCR) for accuracy.
• Assist the PE, PM, and Superintendent in developing agendas and minutes.
• Implement the project QC Plan and identify associated risks.
• Learn scheduling basics and assist with the Long Lead Matrix.
• Coordinate with Submittal Log and ROJ dates.
• Support safety preplanning across project phases.
• Identify unsafe work and help with remediation.
• Read and understand the GCON values.
• Learn GSTEPS and the owner’s definition of success.
• Understand the Dust Control Plan (AZ Specific) ADEQ.
