Crown Co. is seeking skilled carpenters to perform remodeling, framing, and finish carpentry across diverse projects. You will read blueprints, measure, cut, install doors and trim, and contribute to high‑quality craftsmanship on each site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with managers, maintaining safety and organization on the jobsite, and traveling to project locations as needed. This role emphasizes reliability, problem solving, and pride in workmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling or residential/commercial carpentry experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Experience with rough and finish carpentry.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and construction drawings to plan work.
• Measure, frame, install, repair, and finish carpentry tasks.
• Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, drywall backing, and finish carpentry components.
• Complete repairs and maintenance across facilities.
• Coordinate with project managers and teammates to keep projects moving.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Load, organize, and maintain tools and materials on site.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
