Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer with daily project coordination and documentation.
• Receive, log, and file project correspondence and shop drawings.
• Record daily project quantities in control documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors regarding schedules and billing.
• Support cost management activities for the project.
• Draft routine correspondence for the Project Manager.
• Assist with material deliveries and coding of materials, labor, and equipment.
