Job summary

By the Sea Resorts in Panama City Beach seeks a Multi-Property Chief Engineer to oversee engineering and maintenance across its hotel portfolio. This hands-on leadership role focuses on preventive maintenance, safety, guest satisfaction, and protecting asset value.

You will lead teams across properties, set standards, manage repairs, equipment histories, and coordinate with General Managers. Previous major hotel brand leadership experience is required and travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications
