Horizon Underground Inc., a Southern California based utility construction specialist, is seeking a hands-on CEO to lead and scale the business through its next growth phase. You will own the P&L, drive operational excellence, and set strategic direction in collaboration with frontline crews, project managers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership in infrastructure, industrial services, construction, utilities, or related B2B sectors.
• Full P&L responsibility with revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Operational leadership across multi-site or regional organizations.
• Experience leading field-based teams including project managers, superintendents, and skilled trades.
• Process improvement, operational discipline, and performance management.
• Experience managing customer relationships with telecom, utility, energy, or public sector clients.
• Scaling a business through systems implementation, KPI management, and leadership development.
• Financial fluency including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
• High integrity leadership style with a strong commitment to safety and culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field.
