Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the Welcome Station and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently and keep wash area clean and organized.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and manage member accounts (cancellations, plan changes, CX).
• Perform opening/closing duties, help with tunnel maintenance, and keep the site tidy.
