Job summary

Mint Cannabis in Tampa, FL is seeking a cultivation associate to support the growth cycle of medical cannabis plants. You will prune, water, fertilize and monitor plant health while complying with SOPs and state regulations.

You will record production data, help with harvesting and post-harvest tasks, maintain a clean facility, and contribute to consistent yields. Must be 21+, pass background check, and have 1–3 years of cultivation experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of cannabis cultivation, horticulture, greenhouse operations, or related production experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to pass OMMU background check.

Responsibilities

• Pruning, defoliation, trimming, cloning, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, and supporting plants through growth cycles.
• Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, or stress.
• Record growth, production data, and environmental conditions accurately.
• Assist with harvesting, post-harvest processing, and movement of plants.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized cultivation facility and follow SOPs.
• Follow all safety protocols and state regulatory requirements.
• Assist with inventory counts, sanitation projects, and other cultivation duties.
