Job summary

The Sheridan Group in Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery. We’ll train you to operate high‑speed bindery equipment on first shift, 6:30 AM to 3 PM.

You will perform hands‑on tasks such as feeding, packing, inspecting, and moving materials, while working to meet daily production goals in a safe, clean workspace. Training and long-term career growth are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read sufficiently to identify various printed forms and count accurately.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
