Job summary

Red Diamond is seeking an Equipment Refurbishment Tech to assess, disassemble, repair, reassemble and refurbish beverage equipment to original condition or better. You will use a variety of tools to diagnose issues, source parts, and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will document repairs, maintain records, and collaborate with sales, technicians and the service manager to coordinate refurbishment projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of beverage equipment service/refurbishment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and inspect equipment to identify refurbishment needs.
• Disassemble, repair and replace worn components as needed.
• Reassemble, test and verify performance after refurbishment.
• Document repairs, parts used, and test results.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance throughout the process.
• Track refurbishments and report field issues.
• Coordinate with sales, technicians, and service manager.
• Manage inventory of parts for refurbishment.
• Provide training materials for field service when required.
