Responsibilities

Troubleshoot PLC, electrical, and control system issues across a range of manufacturing equipment.
Design, implement, and optimize machine control systems (PLCs, HMIs, servos, electrical components).
Own automation documentation and standards; maintain PLC/HMI programs, drawings, and equipment records.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations to execute repairs and upgrades; support change control.
Mentor mechanics and technicians; promote safe work practices and first-time-right execution.
