You will use your engine and drivetrain knowledge to identify issues, document findings, and support disposition decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience with engines, transmissions, drivetrains, or other automotive components.
• Ability to diagnose and identify mechanical problems and potential component failures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and document inspection findings clearly.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned automotive parts for defects and verify condition.
• Evaluate engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and components.
• Perform basic diagnostic checks and document results.
• Enter inspection results in warehouse/software systems.
• Communicate findings to Returns team to disposition parts.
• Load/unload parts and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
