Workforce Strategies, Incorporated in Holland, MI is seeking an Assembler/Packager I to join the 1st or 2nd shift. You will assemble and package mechanical and electrical parts using hand tools and light machinery, and you will learn on the job while following safety rules.

The role offers weekly pay, shift options (Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm or Mon-Thurs 3pm-1:30am), with potential for permanent hire and referral bonuses. No prior experience required beyond a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
• Basic hand tool knowledge is helpful.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products using hand tools and light machinery.
• Inspect materials and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow clear, structured instructions from team leads.
• Cross-training is part of the gig, so you’ll pick up new skills as you go.
