Premier Rides, Inc. in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer with 2–5 years in the amusement ride industry. The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical systems, steel construction, welding, and understanding of conveyance systems; some knowledge of control and power systems is a plus.

You will review designs, read engineering drawings, and develop setup and maintenance procedures. Domestic and international travel may be required; a U.S. passport is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical systems engineering within the amusement industry.
• Strong reading and writing skills with attention to detail and timelines.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and managing complex tasks.

Responsabilités

• Review Mechanical and Electrical System Designs for performance, reliability, maintainability, and safety.
• Review Engineering Drawings.
• Write Set-Up and Maintenance Procedures.
• Monitor action item lists and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with project administration team.
• Ensure continuity of work flow and accountability for task completion.
• Must be willing to work hours including evenings and weekends as workload requires.
• Domestic and international travel is part of the normal working environment; U.S. passport required.
