Job summary

Harrison Clarke seeks a hands-on AI engineer to join as CTO, building production-grade autonomous clinical agents and AI workflows. You will design agent systems, manage real-time data streams, and guide the technology vision across the org.

Collaboration with a small elite team is essential, with focus on safety and HIPAA-aware practices. You will implement end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to clinical decision support, leveraging emerging tools and a modern AI stack in a healthcare

Qualifications

• 5- to 10+ years in software engineering with recent focus on applied AI/ML and agent systems.
• Hands-on coding daily in Python/TypeScript, prototyping agent architectures and pushing to production.
• Experience deploying LL M-based agents, RAG pipelines, or autonomous workflows in production.
• Strong fundamentals in building reliable, observable, production-grade systems.
• Familiarity with real-time data pipelines and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship autonomous clinical AI agents that monitor real-time patient data streams and automate care coordination tasks.
• Build and orchestrate LLM-powered workflows for clinical note summaries, patient communication, and triage.
• Develop predictive models for risk stratification and deterioration detection across chronic disease populations.
• Lead a small engineering team (4–6) with hands-on coding and architectural oversight.
• Ensure safety, human-in-the-loop safeguards, and regulatory alignment in healthcare AI.
