DiMercurio Advisors is offering an Accounting Intern internship in Orlando, FL. You will gain hands-on experience supporting real clients and engagements alongside seasoned accounting professionals.

We seek students pursuing accounting/finance with a 3.0 GPA. You will learn to work with Xero and QuickBooks Online, perform reconciliations, assist with month-end closes, and develop practical bookkeeping and financial statement skills.

Qualificações

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred.
• Interest in public accounting, bookkeeping, managed accounting, or advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly bookkeeping for small business clients.
• Categorize and review bank and credit card transactions.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare accounting workpapers and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Review general ledger activity for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Learn Xero, QuickBooks Online, and other accounting technology.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
