Job summary

EASTERN ADDITIVE SOLUTIONS is a new production 3D printing factory in Hopewell Junction. We are looking for a Production Technician to join our small team and grow with us as we build our processes.

You will post-process parts, tend HP Multi Jet Fusion equipment, and support finishing, packaging, and quality documentation. Training will be station‑by‑station, with defined pay steps as you qualify.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on, physical work.
• Ability to follow written procedures exactly and flag issues.
• Attention to detail in part identity and labeling.
• Reliable attendance and accountability in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Post-process printed parts and remove powder with hand work on complex shapes.
• Tend industrial 3D printing equipment: load material, swap build units, unpack builds.
• Support finishing operations including vapor smoothing and dyeing.
• Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment with traceability.
• Support quality inspection and documentation with measurements/photos.
• Maintain clean, organized production floor and isolate clean/dirty zones.
• Help draft work instructions as stations are learned and approved by engineers.
• General floor support: material moves, setups, receiving, and more as needed.
