Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a team member for a non-driving package handling role in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include moving packages and documents safely and efficiently using scan/load methods, and supporting supply tasks as needed.

The position requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk and stand for long periods, and operate in all weather conditions. Training is provided, with shifts in early mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level and maneuver packages above 50 lbs. using equipment or assistance.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours and bend/squat as required.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs/ladders if needed.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level and ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Able to walk and stand for designated work hours. Able to bend and squat for designated work hours. Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level. Ability to maneuver packages in enclosed spaces and stack packages above one’s head if required at location. Able to work in all weather conditions if required at work location. Able to climb stairs and ladders if required at work location. Able to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training. The ability to communicate both timely and effectively, in a noisy operations environment, is required.

Job Conditions

Non-covered safety sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Pay Range:

Shift 1 Early Morning- Mon-Fri-06:00AM to 9:00AM, Shift2 Evening-Mon to Fri-06:00PM to 09:00PM. Payrate-18.06/hr
