Job Duties

Provides movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods, and supplies in a timely, safe, and efficient manner using effective scan/load methods. This is a non-driving position (public roadways). Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level and maneuver packages over 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment or assistance. Ability to walk, stand, bend, and squat for designated work hours. Ability to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces, stacking packages if required. Capable of working in all weather conditions and climbing stairs or ladders as needed. Must complete all basic and re-currency training. Effective communication skills in noisy environments are required.
