Job summary

LCI is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform receive/put-away, pick/pack, stage/load orders, and conduct cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.

The role operates a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday schedule with no travel required. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a warehouse environment, basic computer skills, and a forklift certification or RF/voice-picking experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• RF scanner and voice-picking experience preferred.
• At least 1 year warehouse experience and basic computer skills required.
• Must have good manual dexterity and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put-away inventory.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

To perform assigned duties that supports the warehouse goals and assist supervisor in day to day activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive & put-away of inventory

• Pick, pack, and process orders
• Stage & load orders
• Inventory & order auditing; including cycle counts
• Operate powered and manual material handling equipment.
• Promote and maintain a clean & safe work environment inside and outside the facility.
• Audit, record, and report transactions
• Monitor, research, resolve & report inventory discrepancies
• Assist in day to day prioritizing of tasks and work flow
• Perform Quality Assurance Audits
• Lead training and cross training efforts
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to effectively communicate with supervisor and other team members.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Forklift Certification, RF and pick to voice experience preferred.
• One year work experience in a warehouse environment and intermediate computer skills to include internet.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel or crouch. Bi-manual dexterity required. The employee must occasionally to sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
