Job summary

LCI in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a General Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on material assembly, operating equipment, and maintaining safety and quality while meeting daily production goals.

Candidates should have basic reading and math skills; prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Work is Monday through Friday, 7:15am to 3:40pm, with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized procedures to operate machinery and assemble parts on the line.
• Perform general manual activities in an industrial environment.
• Operate machinery to assist in production processes.
• Assemble materials and equipment for assigned tasks.
• Meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Complete equipment checks prior to start of production.
• Perform manual dexterity work with fingers, hands, arms, and legs.
• Inspect, pack and label per customer specifications.
• Moderate lifting.
• Prolonged sitting or standing.
• Contribute to a diverse team toward a common goal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The General Assembler job involves material assembly, equipment operations, decision making, ability to show attention to quality detail work, and the ability to multitask. An employee that is dedicated to safety, quality and meeting the needs of our customer.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

Daytona, FL

Monday-Friday 7:15am-3:40pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
