Our New York office is currently seeking creative and multifaceted Designers with 4-6 years of professional experience and strong Revit skills. The individual will have the opportunity to work on projects with a high level of design in collaboration with senior team members and the opportunity to mentor junior staff. Our practice encourages open design dialogue and participation among all our team members to create a vibrant and collaborative environment. We believe in nurturing the "whole architect," and offer experience in design through construction documentation and administration.
To support onboarding, training, and team integration, new hires are required to work from the office full-time during their first six months. After this initial onboarding period, employees transition to the firm’s hybrid schedule of three in-office days and two optional remote days per week.
