We are seeking a skilled Hand Welder to become a key member of our manufacturing production team. You will be responsible for executing MIG and TIG welding processes on various components and tubing within our industrial facility.

Core Duties

• Follow technical drawings and blueprints to accurately join tubing and associated parts.
• Ensure the precision and quality of your work by verifying dimensions with specialized measurement instruments.
• Prepare welding fixtures and hydraulic tube assemblies to help streamline the production workflow.
• Examine finished welds to identify potential flaws such as fusion gaps or cracks.
• Keep welding machinery in good working order to support a safe and efficient shop floor.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between one and three years of professional welding experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong capability in interpreting technical diagrams, weld symbols, and blueprints.
• Expertise in applying MIG and TIG welding techniques across a variety of metal types.
• Demonstrated ability to use micrometers and calipers to help maintain high quality standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and industry welding standards.
