Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer / Hand Wash Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality hand washing and detailing services to our clients' vehicles, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and a showroom finish. Your role will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough hand washing of vehicle exteriors, including body, wheels, tires, and windows.
2. Clean and detail vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, cleaning upholstery and carpets, and conditioning leather.
3. Apply waxes, polishes, and protective coatings as needed.
4. Perform specialized detailing such as paint correction, headlight restoration, and engine bay cleaning (if applicable).
5. Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and report it to the supervisor.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Adhere to safety procedures and use cleaning products responsibly.
8. Interact professionally with customers, addressing questions or concerns.
9. Assist with inventory management of detailing supplies.
10. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in automotive detailing or hand washing preferred but not required; training available for motivated individuals.
2. Strong attention to detail and passion for cleanliness.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team.
4. Excellent physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
5. Reliable transportation may be required.
6. Ability to follow instructions carefully.
7. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
8. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and detailing techniques is a plus.
