Strelcheck Healthcare Search is seeking an ambitious, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon to join a premier Central Illinois group. The role offers immediate caseload, autonomous practice, and a path to private practice partnership with ASC ownership.

Qualifications

• Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Training: Completion of ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and Hand/Upper Extremity Fellowship.
• Certifications: BE/BC by ABOS.
• Licensure: Eligible for or holds an unrestricted medical license in Illinois.
• Experience: Experienced surgeons or recent fellowship graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hand and Upper Extremity orthopedic care in a high-volume, referral-rich practice.
• Operate with optimized OR scheduling and autonomy within a physician-led group.
• Pursue private practice partnership and ASC ownership as part of long-term wealth generation.
