Orthopedic Hand Surgeon opportunity in Illinois. Join a busy single specialty practice seeking a hand specialist/upper extremity surgeon. Monday–Friday schedule, 2–3 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR or ASC, with around 40+ patients daily in clinic.

Nearby hospital is Level 2 trauma; you’ll be supported by RN/MA/NP or PA. Competitive package includes $650k salary + $50k sign-on, 6 weeks PTO + 8 holidays, with potential ASC ownership.

Qualifications

• Illinois medical license current or eligible for licensure.
• Fellowship in Hand/Upper Extremity required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic hand and upper extremity care.
• Manage clinic appointments and patient follow ups.
• Perform surgeries in OR/ASC as assigned.
• Collaborate with team including RN, MA, NP/PA for patient flow.

ROLE

• 'Monday thru Friday schedule, No Weekends
• '2-3 Days in Clinic, 2 days OR or doing procedures in ASC
• 'Avg.40+ patients a day in clinic
• 'Call: 1:5
• 'Nearby hospital is level 2 trauma
• 'Support of various experienced staff, RN, MA, NP or PA
• 'Be busy immediately

PACKAGE

Salary $650k + $50k sign on bonus
