Job summary

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgery specialist to join our Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center. The role emphasizes a high proportion of hand/upper-extremity surgery with OR block time and in-office procedures.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship required.

Responsibilities

• Practice 75-80% hand and upper extremity in office consultations and 80-90% in hand/upper-extremity surgery.
• OR block time 2-3 days per week with one day of in-office procedures.
• Call schedule currently 1:6 sharing among the group.
• Physician Assistant support for in-office consultations and follow-ups.
• Collaborative network of 8 hand surgeons across MAPMG service areas.
