Job summary

The University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a full-time orthopedic surgeon to join the Musculoskeletal Service Line at CentraCare in St. Cloud, MN. The role includes patient care at a Level II Trauma Center and participation in shared trauma call with other orthopedic providers.

Eligibility requires board certification/eligibility in orthopedic surgery, completion of an ACGME residency, and Hand Surgery fellowship. A Minnesota license/DEA is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be board certified/board eligible in orthopedic surgery.
• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Orthopedic Surgery residency and Hand Surgery fellowship-training program.
• Licensed or ability to obtain medical license and DEA in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Patient care at CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center.
• Trauma call shared among orthopedic providers (approximately 1 in 11).
• Support from CentraCare and M Physicians with CME access and staff support.
