University of Minnesota Physicians (M Physicians) seeks a fellowship-trained, board-certified/eligible orthopedic surgeon to join the Musculoskeletal Service Line at CentraCare in St. Cloud, MN. This full-time position is in the UMN Physicians practice group, with access to CME and a strong support staff.

The role focuses on patient care at CentraCare–St. Cloud Hospital (Level II Trauma Center) with a trauma call of about 1 in 11, and a competitive total compensation package.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be board certified/board eligible in orthopedic surgery.
• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Orthopedic Surgery residency and Hand Surgery fellowship-training program.
• Licensed or ability to obtain medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
• The individual hired will be employed full-time in the University of Minnesota Physicians practice.

Responsibilities

• Patient care at CentraCare-- St. Cloud Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center.
• Trauma call is shared among orthopedic providers and would be approximately 1 in 11.
• Orthopedic surgeons’ practice will be supported by CentraCare and University of Minnesota Physicians practice group. This support consists of access to academic activities eligible for CME collection and support staff, including midlevel practitioners.
