Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Strong interest in hand and upper extremity surgery.
• Hand surgery fellowship training or significant hand experience preferred.
• Interest in maintaining a broader plastic and reconstructive surgery practice.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered reconstructive care.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Interest in developing a long-term practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the hand and upper extremity program within the existing practice.
• Collaborate with ARSA network and local colleagues.
