Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience with hand-tossed dough is a major plus.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification is a plus.
• Physically able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sling dough and bake to perfection using scratch-made recipes.
• Face the crowd by taking orders and running the POS.
• Feed the parties by handling large catering orders for events.
• Keep prep areas stocked and food-safe; manage inventory.
• Do the dishes, deep cleans, and closing duties.
