Job Description

Matrix Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a qualified occupational therapist (Hand Therapist/CHT) or physical therapist (CHT) to join our team.

We are an outpatient orthopedic clinic owned by physical therapists, staffed with highly trained Doctors of Physical Therapy dedicated to treating various orthopedic injuries. Located in a modern, spacious 4100 sq. ft. facility in Santa Monica, we provide a peaceful environment for healing.

We seek an OT or PT who excels in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and teamwork. We have expanded to include occupational/hand therapy with a dedicated station. We prioritize comprehensive patient care, prevention, and wellness. The ideal candidate will be friendly, empathetic, and communicative, capable of representing our clinic positively in the community and collaborating effectively with healthcare providers and families.

We offer 45-minute patient appointments to maximize care quality. This full-time position includes a competitive salary, paid vacation, holidays, healthcare, parking, and sick leave, with opportunities for professional growth.

Additional services include Pilates, Personal Training, Massage Therapy, and exercise/balance classes, working closely with our therapists to meet patient goals.
