Job summary

Select Physical Therapy seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic center as a Hand Therapist. This PRN role focuses on hand and upper-extremity care, conducting evaluations and developing a plan of care that leads to discharge.

Work is Monday-Friday at our Jacksonville location with compensation of $40-$50 per hour, pending experience. Mentorship and opportunities to become a Certified Hand Therapist are provided.

• Graduated from an AOTA-accredited OT program
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and individualized evaluation and treatment, including developing a plan of care and discharge.
• Assist in mentoring and collaborating with colleagues to support hand therapy goals.

Compensation: $40-$50/hour pending experience

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
