Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and timely hand/upper-extremity treatment per physician Plan of Care.
• Deliver evidence-based, high-quality care to each patient.
• Demonstrate positive engagement with patients, clinicians, and the team.
• Build and maintain community relationships.
