Summit Orthopedics in Vadnais Heights seeks a Hand Therapist to join our hands-on orthopedic care team. Under Hand Therapy manager supervision, you will plan, interpret, and implement therapy programs for patients.
This full-time role requires a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy (Doctorate or Masters preferred) with up to one year of hand therapy experience. You may float to additional Hand Therapy sites as coverage is needed, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Under the supervision of the Hand Therapy manager, the Hand Therapist will aid in the orthopedic care and treatment of patients by planning, interpreting, and implementing specific therapy treatment programs.
This is a full-time opportunity based at our Vadnais Heights Campus. Monday - Friday schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (schedule subject to change). Must be flexible to float to between all Hand Therapy sites when coverage is needed (Blaine, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Forest Lake, Hastings, Lakeville, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Woodbury)
Primary responsibilities:
Summit's hiring range for this position is $80,444 - $100,556 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. If you are hired at Summit, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Qualifications
Bachelors or better in Occupational Therapy or related field.
Doctorate or better in Occupational Therapy or related field.
Masters or better in Occupational Therapy or related field.
One year of previous hand therapy experience preferred.
