Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a private, multi-specialty orthopedics practice in Tucson to recruit a BE/BC Orthopedic Hand surgeon. The role provides on-site mentorship, state-of-the-art facilities, and dedicated staff support for hand, shoulder/elbow, or microvascular work.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary with a wRVU model and a two-year partner track, plus sign-on and relocation stipends. A full benefits package supports long-term growth in sunny Southern Arizona.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Orthopedic Hand surgeon board certification is required.
• Plastic and Orthopedic Surgery trained physicians encouraged to apply.
• Onsite mentorship for fellows available in 2026/2027.

• Build a practice to your preference: hand, shoulder/elbow, microvascular work if desired.
