Qualifications

  • Fellowship trained in hand surgery with board certification.
  • Ability to perform a variety of hand surgeries and manage patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Join 8 other orthopedic surgeons at a busy level one trauma center.
  • Perform surgeries on carpal tunnel, distal radius fractures, and others.

Job description

As an orthopedic hand surgeon at OhioHealth, you will receive the support needed to balance your personal and professional goals and impact our mission of improving the health of those we serve.

Description:

  • Join 8 other orthopedic surgeons at an established and busy level one trauma center in downtown Columbus and take part in a Columbus-based Hand and Wrist Program with 2 other surgeons
  • 2 OR days/3 clinic days per week
  • Call rotation: one weekend per month (Fri, Sat, Sun)
  • Carpal tunnel, trigger finger, mass excision, distal radius and elbow fracture, midshaft humerus and down, tendon and nerve
