Advanced Orthopedics is seeking a fellowship-trained hand and upper extremity surgeon to join our physician-owned orthopedic group in Southern Oregon.

This role combines the independence of private practice with established clinical support, light call, and a path to practice partnership and surgery center ownership.

The Opportunity

• Physician-owned private practice: Work directly with surgeon partners and have a voice in the practice's direction.
• Practice partnership: Build toward ownership. We discuss the pathway and expectations openly during recruitment.
• Surgery center ownership: Become a shareholder in an ambulatory surgery center.
• Light call: Keep time for your practice, family, and interests outside medicine.
• Build your specialty practice: Develop your hand and upper extremity service and lasting relationships with patients and referring providers.
• Established clinical support: Work with advanced practice providers and clinical staff, with on-site imaging and physical therapy.
• Collaborative colleagues: Join orthopedic specialists in joint replacement, sports medicine, and shoulder surgery.
