A Hand Solderer for Surface Mount Devices (SMD) is responsible for manually placing and soldering miniature electronic components onto Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). This role demands exceptional hand‑eye coordination, fine motor skills, and precision to work with microscopes, tweezers, and micro‑soldering irons without damaging the delicate components. A strong candidate will be certified in J‑STD‑001 class III soldering.
