• Flexibility: work the hours that best fit your busy schedule
• Work in one location. No need to work in multiple facilities
• Only need to work a minimum of 5 shifts per month (minimum 8 hours shifts) with one shift being on a weekend and 2 holidays per year
• Opportunities to pick-up additional shifts based on availability

What you will do:

Provide individualized care that encourages the resident to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychological well-being.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Observe and evaluate each resident on your assigned unit. Administer and document current medications and treatments.

Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiate immediate “lifesavings” measures in the absence of a physician.

Deliver direct nursing care to residents and provide clinical supervision of the care staff assigned to your unit.

Perform and document a comprehensive assessment on each assigned resident and develop care plan and more.

What you need:

Licensing

Must have current, unencumbered, state licensed practical nurse license for LPN positions

CPR Certification
