About the Role

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at our Hampton Inn, located near Cleveland. Our hotel features 125 rooms, offers a daily complimentary breakfast, and is situated close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment at Pinecrest. Buffalo Lodging Associates manages this property, emphasizing hospitality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Greeting guests and completing check-in/check-out procedures using the property management system.
  2. Handling cash, credit card transactions, and guest goods securely.
  3. Providing information about hotel services and amenities, responding promptly to guest requests.
  4. Taking reservations via phone, updating, and canceling as needed.
  5. Maintaining a professional appearance and attire.
  6. Preferred: Hilton experience.
  7. Flexible schedule: morning (7am-3pm), mid (3pm-11pm), weekends, and holidays.
