Job summary

HoneyBaked Ham of Jacksonville is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy store. You will handle in-store and phone orders, assist with food prep, and maintain a clean, organized environment while promoting suggested menu items.

Responsibilities

• Follow HoneyBaked sales and service process to assist customers in-store and by phone.
• Assist with food preparation: sandwich, salad prep, sides and sauces.
• Upsell customers with suggested additions and products.
• Operate the cash register.
• Prepare store for opening and closing with cleaning and prep duties.
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and polite manner.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate features and benefits.
