Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC is seeking a part-time team member to assist customers, support food preparation, and keep the store inviting and well-organized. Flexible schedules help fit around school or family commitments, with stores open Monday–Saturday and Sundays off.

You will help customers in-store and by phone, support lunch and catering orders, and showcase product knowledge to boost sales. Prior customer service or food prep experience is a plus for applicants.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience as cook, cashier, crew member, store associate or related role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone customers, catering customers, in-store lunch customers and in-store retail customers, providingexcellent service in a friendly and polite manner.
• Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate features/benefits; drive add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive during shifts; take responsibility for activities within control.
• Follow all processes and procedures and comply with company standards, including safety and respectful workplace policies.
