Background: A fully integrated healthcare system, committed to revolutionizing service delivery and operational efficiency, has recently invested in the ServiceNow platform to drive this transformation. They are seeking a Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Manager to play a key role in this journey.

What Will You Do:

• Oversee the full hardware asset lifecycle from planning through disposal by implementing enterprise-wide processes that enhance visibility, accountability, and compliance across all device types and infrastructure
• Evaluate enterprise-wide end-of-life hardware and collaborate with IT teams to support timely and efficient hardware refresh cycles
• Leverage ServiceNow HAM Pro to automate and scale hardware asset management operations, including asset tracking, stockroom and refresh planning, loaner workflows, and disposal
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with procurement to support contract renewals and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CMDB to ensure accurate asset data
• Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical and recorded inventory, and develop HAM dashboards that visualize key metrics and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership
