RWS Global is seeking a Set Dressing contractor for LEGOLAND Florida in Winter Haven, FL, for August 24–28. Pay is $27/hour. This on-site role involves creating spooky environments, arranging set dressing, installing props, and ensuring safety. You will report progress daily and maintain item documentation.

The position requires local availability for the event window and the ability to work with Set Dressing leads to realize the immersive park experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with set dressing, prop placement, or holiday/seasonal environments.
• Ability to create and maintain set dressing lists and documentation.
• Strong teamwork to install and adjust props under direction.

Responsibilities

• Help create a spooky environment and bring the park to life for the Halloween season.
• Create/update Set Dressing and props lists.
• Artistically arrange set dressing to create immersive environments with guidance from Set Dressing leads.
• Install Set Dressing and props with the Team.
• Minor scenic painting to enhance the environment.
• Ensure items are secured for guest and performer safety.
• Submit daily progress reports and photos to the RWS Team.
• Provide documentation for future reference of purchased items.
