Job summary

RWS Global is seeking an on-site Set Dressing crew member for LEGOLAND California in Carlsbad, CA, with dates August 26 to September 15 (select dates) and a pay rate of $34/hour.

You will create and update set dressing and props lists, install items, perform minor scenic painting, and ensure safe, guest-ready environments. You’ll document progress daily, collaborate with Set Dressing leads, and follow all safety protocols and client guidelines throughout the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience with set dressing for live venues.
• Ability to follow design documentation and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Create/update set dressing and props lists.
• Install set dressing and props on-site.
• Perform minor scenic painting as needed.
• Ensure space is safe for guests and performers.
• Submit daily progress reports and photos to the RWS Team.
• Provide on-site presence to install and repair props.
