Universal Orlando Resort is hiring a House Attendant for Halloween Horror Nights. This role involves setting up queues, ensuring guest safety, and providing exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and operational experience in a theme park setting, with a commitment to guest engagement.
Provide support to Halloween Horror Nights Haunted Houses and Shows by building and breaking down queue equipment, providing crowd control, and maintaining the flow of the Haunted House or Show by monitoring the queue and venue to proactively ensure compliance with safety standards & restrictions.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have availability for 4 full days between Wednesday and Sunday.
Shift hours: 1:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
High school degree or GED is required.
1 year of operational experience, specifically operating a Theme Park Attraction is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
